How to stream to Twitch with GeForce Experience
- Have your GeForce Experience logged into Twitch (
Settings (cogwheel icon) -> Connect -> Twitch)
- Be logged into Twitch on a web browser (
twitch.tv -> Log In)
- In a browser, go to
twitch.tv then go to your portrait top right corner and then Creator Dashboard
- On the menu in the left column go to
Stream Manager
- Here you can go to
Edit Stream Info and enter the following:
Stream Title - This will be the tile of your stream and the recording of it (aka VOD)
Category - this is going to be the game you’re streaming (in most cases)
- when you click
done on that, you’re still in your stream manager, and stream is offline
- In GeForce Experience go to
Broadcast Live -> Start
- Depending if the active window is supported by GeForce Experience or not, you’ll get either:
- A window with ability to select Twitch as destination and enter
Stream title (this will override the title set up earlier in Stream Manager
- Or a question “Do you want to turn on Desktop Capture and start broadcasting” and then the window mentioned above
- Confirming the title and clicking “Go LIVE” will start the stream* (If it doesn’t, which happens, we currently do not have the solution, stand by for updates).
