How to stream to Twitch with GeForce Experience

  • Have your GeForce Experience logged into Twitch (Settings (cogwheel icon) -> Connect -> Twitch)
  • Be logged into Twitch on a web browser (twitch.tv -> Log In)
  • In a browser, go to twitch.tv then go to your portrait top right corner and then Creator Dashboard
  • On the menu in the left column go to Stream Manager
  • Here you can go to Edit Stream Info and enter the following:
    • Stream Title - This will be the tile of your stream and the recording of it (aka VOD)
    • Category - this is going to be the game you’re streaming (in most cases)
    • when you click done on that, you’re still in your stream manager, and stream is offline
  • In GeForce Experience go to Broadcast Live -> Start
    • Depending if the active window is supported by GeForce Experience or not, you’ll get either:
      • A window with ability to select Twitch as destination and enter Stream title (this will override the title set up earlier in Stream Manager
      • Or a question “Do you want to turn on Desktop Capture and start broadcasting” and then the window mentioned above
    • Confirming the title and clicking “Go LIVE” will start the stream* (If it doesn’t, which happens, we currently do not have the solution, stand by for updates).
